Our Story
The Relate Network began with a simple vision: no pastor or ministry leader should have to walk this journey alone. Ministry can be deeply rewarding, but it can also be isolating, and too often leaders carry the weight of their calling without the support they need.
We believe growth happens best in the context of authentic relationships. Tools and strategies are valuable, but it is encouragement, accountability, and shared experience that truly sustain leaders over the long haul. That’s why Relate exists—to connect pastors and ministry leaders with others on the same path.
